KBG Planning & Design is the trading name under which The Trustee for KBG Planning and Design Unit Trust (ABN 94 167 275 313) operates a building design practice established in 1983, with studios in Castle Hill and Oatley, New South Wales. We provide residential building design and related services across Greater Sydney.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Enquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting an enquiry through the Site, or otherwise contacting us, does not create a contract or a professional engagement between you and KBG. Any provision of design or related services, and the associated scope, fees and conditions, will be governed by a separate written agreement entered into between you and KBG.

Building design and planning outcomes depend on the specific circumstances of each project, site and the requirements of the relevant authorities.
