It depends on the pathway. Complying Development (CDC) can be as quick as 10–20 days. A Development Application (DA) through council typically takes 40–80 days, depending on the council and complexity.
Yes — we prepare and lodge the full DA or CDC on your behalf, including all required documents, plans and supporting reports. You don't need to deal with council directly.
We primarily service Sydney's Hills District (Hills Shire) and Sutherland Shire, but we take on projects across Greater Sydney. Our two studios in Castle Hill and Oatley keep us well-placed for most Sydney suburbs.
